In what could be fight of the year contender Puerto Rico favorite boxer Miguel Cotto takes on Sergio Aguero faces off on 7th June 2014. This is a giant fight for both fighters and championship boxing returns to Madison Square Garden Arena, New York. Cotto moved to 160lbs to face Martinez who is fighting at junior “middleweight” since 2010.

Martinez has the slight advantage of height and size which could play a part in the outcome of the fight, specially since Cotto had great difficulty fight Austin Trout in his last fight which he lost. In a seance for both boxers this is a make or break fight, If Cotto wins he might land a fight against Floyd Mayweather or Manny Pacquiao and lose will definitely put his career to a level from which it will be hard to bounce back. Martinez on the other hand coming back from two knee surgeries and he will be eager to keep his winning run going.
